Based on discussion with you, we short list key cities to target and a potential list of properties relevant for you. Usually we ask to our clients to come in Nice for a few days to visit properties at the end.
Purchase

Based on your preference we can either coordinate discussions between you, the real estate agent if relevant and the sellers or take care of everything for you (negotiation, paperwork, tax optimisation).
Property management

Depending upon your needs we can help you to identify contractors for your work, take care of them, manage completely the property (garden, security, general maintenance), rent it, etc.
