Ju

Born and raised in Saint Paul de Vence, studied at Cagnes sur Mer and Nice, got married in Villefranche and St Jean Cap Ferrat. I love the variety offered by the French Riviera. I have been living in Paris and London for years now and I realised nobody is providing a decent assistance for foreign people who want to invest in this fantastic region. That is why I founded Fancy Riviera.

Jean-Claude

I am Julien's father. I was born in North of France but moved to the region of Nice when I was 18 attracted by the quality of life around here. I do live now in La Colle sur Loup. I worked in the land registery system for the French Government: I came to visit every single town in the Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur and have still a deep network of contacts with mayorsm local contractors, real estate service providers.

Sebastien

I am from North of France and currently living in Switzerland. I know Cannes by heart having spent all my summer holidays there in family flats. I am a world traveler, having worked for years in consulting with Julien and in large corporate organisations. I have a good feeling about what people buying on the French Riviera want. I can speak multiple languages and will be delighted to help you.

I am an engineer who lives in London and loves the French Riviera. I take care of all the technical aspects of Fancy Riviera and use the help of technology to provide you with the best service.

Raamis

I am the newest addition to the team. I am living in Nice and leading the day to day efforts under Julien's coaching. I am here to make sure you receive the best assistance and service possible.
